How it works

Start with Clankford. Add a team when a job earns one.

Clankford comes with the people who built it. We set it up around your business, keep it running, and put every decision that matters in front of you.

Setting up

From a call to a manager at work.

The chat
Tell us the job that eats your week. Clankford, our AI, asks a few questions, proposes the team we would build for you, and shows a rough cost. Send it to us from the chat, or skip straight to the call.
The call
Thirty minutes on what comes in, who handles it, and where the hours go. We say plainly what Clankford can take on now and what would need building first, and we agree the figure.
Setup
We connect your inbox and the systems you already use, and teach Clankford your prices, your policies, your opening hours and how you like to sound.
Before it goes live
You see what it would send, and say yes or no. Nothing starts until you are happy.
Every week after
We keep it working, check its work, and correct it at the source. You get a plain report of what it did.

A new space

How a job gets a space of its own.

When the same job keeps landing on your desk, we look at it with you. If it is worth a space, we mark one out, build its crew, and you watch it work before you rely on it.

Some spaces are ready to copy from our own town, like the inbox, the follow-ups or the weekly report. Others are built for your business. We tell you which on the call, and what each would cost.

Your say

What waits for your yes, and what does not.

Clankford and its crews do the reading, the sorting and the drafting on their own. Anything that speaks for your business waits for a person.

Waits for you

  • A reply to a customer
  • A quote, a price or a proposal
  • Anything posted in public
  • Any change to your live website

Gets on with it

  • Sorting and labelling the inbox
  • Drafting replies and follow-ups, ready for you
  • Keeping each customer's record up to date
  • Watching your website for faults
  • Reading what comes in, and flagging what matters

Questions

What people ask on the first call.

What is a space?

A space is one team with its own crew of agents, like the inbox, the website or a monthly report. Clankford hands work to it and follows it through, and you can see what each space is doing.

Do we have to change our systems?

No. Clankford works with the inbox and the tools you already use. Where a system needs a proper connection, we say so on the first call and price it separately.

Who can see our data?

On the first call, before anything is connected, we go through exactly what Clankford would read and where it would be kept. Nothing is connected until you are happy with that.

What if it gets something wrong?

Anything that reaches a customer waits for a person to approve it, so a wrong draft is fixed before it goes anywhere. We also check the work and correct it at the source, so the same mistake does not come back.

How long does setup take?

It depends on what you connect. A single inbox is quicker than a booking system. You get a date on the first call.

Can we start small?

Yes. That is the idea. Start with Clankford and one space, and add the next one once you have seen the first one work.

Tell us your problem. We'll tell you what it costs to fix.

Clankford asks a few questions, then gives you a rough price and a timeline in the chat, before any call.

Clankford is an AI on a short lead: it can talk, and that is all. It cannot send, book or change anything. If it looks right, send the conversation to us from the chat and we will call you.

Tell me the job that eats your week

I am an AI, run by Irish Media Agency in Dublin. I will ask a few questions, then say what we would build for it, roughly what it costs, and how long it usually takes.

Your messages go to our server so Clankford can answer, and are kept only if you send us your details. Figures are before VAT and confirmed on a call. Privacy
