This site is for finding out about Clankford and booking a call. It collects as little as it can.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
The live town plan
The town plan asks our server which of Clankford's teams are working right now. The answer is a list of team names and whether each one is busy. It holds no personal data.
The Clankford chat
When you talk to Clankford on this site, each message you type is sent to our server, which passes the conversation to the AI so it can answer. The conversation is held in our server's memory for about an hour and then dropped. It is not used to train anything.
If you choose to send the conversation to us with your details, we keep your name, email address, business name, phone number if you gave one, the conversation and the proposal, so we can call you back. That is the only time the chat is kept. To have it deleted, email [email protected].
The chat does not set a cookie. It keeps a short reference to your conversation in your browser's own session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting and Cloudflare keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
Booking a call
Bookings are handled by Google Calendar, which also creates the video call link, so Google's privacy policy applies to that part. We receive your name, your email address and anything you write in the booking form, and use them only to arrange the call and follow up on it.
Emailing us
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and keep a record of our dealings with you.

Your rights
